Frequently Asked Questions

1. How do I book with you?

  • Send us a message with all of the details regarding your shoot.
  • We will have a short consultation via email, phone, or zoom/in-person.
  • We encourage shot lists, inspo pics and all the details of what your vision is for the shoot!
  • Last we require 20% deposit to secure your spot and you are officially booked!

2. How long does it take to get photos back?

We have a quick turn-around with photos, depending on the shoot we aim for 2 weeks max! Film and video may take up to 3-4 weeks.

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

We require as much notice as possible for any cancellations and we are super understanding that emergencies do happen! For weddings and elopements everything is stated in the contract. As long as you keep up communication with us we will work with you.

4. Do you Travel for Photoshoots?

Yes! We do travel for photoshoots. If it is outside of South Carolina or North Carolina, we do charge a small travel fee with your package just to cover gas/flight costs.
